Breakfast

This is what my breakfast/lunch looked like yesterday.  It is probably about a half cup of FULL FAT Greek Plain Yogurt.  I know it doesn't look like much but because it is full fat, it has staying power.  And it is a treat for me because I really enjoy the creamier foods.  I've never been a "dairy" person.  Never drank milk, I can live without cheese.  But Greek yogurt is just incredible. 

Remember that I am training my body to eat when I am hungry.  Because I could certainly eat more than this if I were eating with my eyes and not my true needs.  I did eat a chicken leg about an hour later which held me nicely until about 5 pm. 

AGAIN, we are all different and what works for me may not work for you.  I have combined the following diets:  Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, very low carb and gluten free.
